Hesse Named AMHL Player of the Month
The Timex-Source for Sports Alberta Midget Hockey League Player of the Month for February is Goaltender Easton Hesse of the Leduc Chrysler Oil Kings.
Easton posted a 5-2 record with 1 shutout, a .924 save percentage and a 2.86 GAA in February. Easton's calming presence in the net helped the Oil Kings secure 3rd spot in the Dodge Division. After recovering from a major injury sustained prior to the season which kept him out for the first month and a half, Easton has returned to the form he had in the Oil Kings 2017 Telus Cup run.
He will receive a Timex Watch imprinted with the AMHL logo, a Hundred ($100) dollar gift certificate from the Source for Sports Dealers of Alberta, and a commemorative plaque from the Alberta ‘AAA’ Midget Hockey League.
