Two Former Oil Kings Drafted

Congratulations to Leduc's Brandon Hickey on being selected 64th overall in the NHL Entry Draft to the Calgary Flames. Last season Hickey completed his 2nd season with the Spruce Grove Saints and will be headed to Boston University in the fall.

As well Kootenay Ice forward and LJAC Alumni Jaedon Descheneau was drafted 124th overall to the St. Louis Blues.
