Smallwood Makes Team Alberta
Congratulations to Leduc Oil King Jakin Smallwood on being named to Team Alberta for the Western Canada U16 Challenge Cup. The first year Midget AAA player competed in the Alberta Cup last spring and was named to the team earlier this season. The Challenge Cup is October 19 - 23 in Calgary at the Winsports Centre. Smallwood was drafted in the 5th round 92nd overall in last year's Western Hockey League Draft by the Moose Jaw Warriors.
