LRC Off-Season Hockey Training
The Leduc Recreation Centre provides hockey specific training programs for young athletes that are looking to excel and improve their game during the off-season. Our programs are designed to help you become a stronger, faster, more explosive athlete in preparation for the upcoming season.
The Hockey Training Program was designed by current LJAC Coach Jeremy Beirnes, a CSEP-CPT Trainer and Certified On Ice Skill Instructor / HP1 Coach through Hockey Alberta. Jeremy has a background in professional hockey - playing in the East Coast Hockey League (ECHL), as well as five years of collegiate hockey. His knowledge of the game and expertise in training has given him the opportunity to train many athletes from Pee Wee to AJHL, WHL, NCAA, AHL and the National Hockey League.
