Techmation Midget Minor AAA Oil Kings Name New Coach
Leduc Junior Athletic Club is pleased to announce the hiring of Rod Ohlhauser as our Midget Minor AAA Head Coach for the 2019/20 season
Rod has over 20 years coaching experience at all levels, ranging from Initiation to Junior A. He spent time coaching Bantam and Midget AAA, followed by a few years with the Drayton Valley Thunder (Junior A). Rod has been recognized previously as AMBHL Coach of the Year. He also has many years of experience with Hockey Alberta’s Program of Excellence as Coach, Evaluator, Instructor and most recently, Coach Mentor. Rod has his Advanced 1 coaching certification, and is excited to get working with this year’s group of Oil Kings.
Joining Rod will be Assistant Coaches Deryk Barber, Zachary Giroux and training staff Alicia Souveny and Matt Goertzen. Combined they bring many years of hockey experience and enthusiasm to the LJAC.
