U16AAA Oil Kings Looking for an Assistant Coach
LJAC U16AAA Oil Kings Team is looking for an Assistant Coach for this AEHL Season.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Working with team’s forward group
· Assist in planning, organizing and conducting practices.
· Supervision of players off and on the ice; operation of the team during the games
· Collaborate in pre-game preparation & formulation of the game plan.
· Assist with scouting and evaluation of opponents.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Strong hockey background in playing, coaching, evaluating.
- Strong interest and commitment to athlete development
- Ability to work with fellow coaching personnel.
- Ability to communicate on and off-ice requirements to players and parents.
- Available to meet time requirements.
