2023-2024 Coaching Announcement
We are pleased to announce our 2023-2024 Head Coaches.
Duncan Milroy, is returning at the helm of our U18AAA team, this is going to be Dunca's third season with the U18 program. The team is coming off a season just missing the post-season. Duncan and his group had the second best record after the Christmas break and pushing into the playoffs. Duncan and company are looking forward to building on the core values that have been instilled within the program and its athletes.
Colin Ceulemans, is going to be Leading our U15AAA team, this is going to be Colin's second season with the U15's and third with the LJAC program after a season at the formally known U16AAA level, both of Colin's teams have made the post season in its respective leagues. The goal for the group is to continue building the strong culture and drive of the high performance athlete. Philosophy is based on development and holistic view - the person & the player
Cody Leeming, will be joining our program at U17AAA, this is going to be Cody's first season with LJAC program, Cody was asked about joining the program and had this to say "I am most excited to continue to work with high level, motivated athletes on and off the ice. I am looking forward to working closely with the LJAC organization to continue to develop a high performance program. It’s an honour to be able to coach at the AAA level and I can not wait to bring my hockey experience to this program. My goals for this upcoming season is to foster a positive environment for these young athletes to be around and feel like they are apart of a family. Developing a culture that focuses on a genuine care about the program along with allowing each individual to grow as an athlete and person will ultimately be the first step towards developing a winning culture."
